1. Design - determine optimum layout of the marina in accordance with the upland plan 2. Proformas - conduct site appraisals for the size and number of slips required and volume of usage, and study price averages within the area to ascertain workability of the proposed project with regard to location and layout 3. Permits Processing - prepare and submit applications, drawings and related paperwork to Federal, State and Local jurisdictional agencies in order to obtain all required permits 4. Bid Processing - solicit, evaluate and accept bids for owner's review and approval 5. Construction Management - oversee the construction process until completion in order to ensure adherence to codes and contracts 6. Coordination Assistance - facilitate startup or resumption of marina operations Each job is specifically outlined in an agreement with the owner in order to clarify their expectations and establish the fee program to be used.
